Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns for any items unless defective. Once the merchandise ships and is confirmed delivered, your item is considered used and becomes ineligible for return. Defective items may be returned within 10 days of receipt. return & exchange policy
We do not issue refunds under any circumstance. Your defective item may be returned within 10 days of receipt which can either be exchanged for the same product, or an item of equal or less value.
