What's your return policy?
To maintain the health and saftety of our customers and processing, we are unable to return or exchange intimate items unless defective. Once these items leave our warehouse they are considered used, are therefore cannot be returned. Such items include:
Can I cancel my order?
Orders processed with expressed shipping cannot be cancelled. Express orders are prioritized and automated and will be shipped immediately after purchase.
Can I place my order via phone?
All orders must be placed online.
Do you offer discreet shipping?
Yes! All orders are shipped in unmarked packaging.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Your tracking number will be provided via email as soon as your item ships.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday - Friday from 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. EST & Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Do I need to sign for my delivery?
Do you offer international shipping?
We ship to Hawaii and Alaska but are not able to offer free shipping to these destinations Rates for express shipping can be found during check-out. Items may not be delivered to APO's and PO boxes.

How do I place an order?
Once you've found the product you want to purchase, click the 'add to cart' button. Once you are done choosing your items, click the 'proceed to checkout' button to fill in the information required. Choose your desired shipping and payment option. Once the order has been placed, you will receive a order confirmation via email, and a second email containing shipping information.
